NZ Facilities founder Kayne Storie embarked on this journey as a one-man- band, fuelled by a grand vision and a commitment to making a meaningful impact. With an impressive 24 years of industry experience and an unwavering drive, Kayne aims to elevate the Facilities Maintenance business. His aspiration extends beyond mere leadership; he strives to be a distinctive provider, setting NZ Facilities apart.
Listening to customer frustrations with faceless corporate suppliers who lacked urgency when it mattered most, Kayne set out to create a large-scale enterprise infused with small-business sensibilities. Customer care and attention became the cornerstone of his approach.
As NZ Facilities expands into new markets, Kayne’s ethos remains intact. It’s evident in the team he assembles, the meticulous account management setup, the ‘always-on’ availability of assistance, and the robust systems ensuring job excellence and accountability.
Sacha, a seasoned professional, joined NZ Facilities in June 2022, bringing her extensive experience as a Chief Operating Officer with a robust commercial background. Her pivotal role involves overseeing day-to-day operations, driving process enhancements, managing stakeholder relationships, and executing the company’s strategic vision. Sacha’s leadership at NZF ensures operational efficiency, growth, and the successful attainment of strategic objectives.
As a dedicated liaison, Sacha serves as the primary point of contact for our valued clients. She is always ready to address any issues that may arise, ensuring timely and effective solutions. Sacha’s proactive approach and exceptional communication skills create a seamless and harmonious working relationship between our partners.
George our Health and Safety Manager, brings a wealth of experience from the building industry. His expertise lies in optimising processes for efficiency and effectiveness across diverse projects.
