Starting out as one man band, we have quickly grown into a large, reputable company providing a comprehensive range of property maintenance services to a number of Auckland’s leading commercial and industrial property owners and leaseholders.

Our friendly team is made up of long standing, reliable staff members – most have been servicing our clients for over five years. The majority of our skilled trade’s team are employed directly by NZ Facilities ensuring you get that personal experience every time. When required, we have access to a reliable pool of carefully selected subcontractors to carry out specialised and certified services such as plumbing and electrical work. All work is overseen and guaranteed by NZ Facilities.

All NZ Facilities staff are professionally trained in their area of expertise.  This includes being Site Safe Approved, IRANZ Certified, Height Safety Certified and HIANZ Approved. We strictly abide to all OSH guidelines and regulations.
